Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or other government-issued identification.
11vipph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests on 11vipph are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 11vipph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.
